Since the end of the 19th century, the family Lequio has been running the winery "Azienda Collina Serragrilli". The three sisters Antonella, Rosanna and Daniela, who currently manage the company in a very charming way, already represent the 4th generation.
At an altitude of 300 meters, the vineyards, mainly cultivated with Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera, Moscato and Chardonny grapes, extend over an area of about 16 hectares.
Additional vineyards are leased by means of long-term contracts in the community of Rovereto, the only area classified as DOCG, in the heart of the "Gavi di Gavi" region.
The wine expert Gianfranco Cordero was hired to support the family with expert guidance.
Without compromising tradition, the wines show an attractive youthfulness while exhibiting an amazing complexity.
Matured in barriques, this Barbera is one of those classic wines that please right from the first mouthful. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied with aromas of blackberries and leather and is further improved by its delightful aftertaste.

This Barolo is aged in French oak barrels to give it its full body. Fruity and spicy with a hint of ripe cherries, this wine stands out thanks to its full-bodied flavour and delightful aftertaste.
While the blend, featuring Barbera, Dolcetto, Freisa und Pinot is scarcely conventional, it works wonderfully well, resulting in a fruity and complex wine of great harmony and surprising softness.
