Extra virgin olive oil - Is the first cold pressing obtained from selected, handpicked 'coratine' and 'oliarole' olives. These olives are mechanically cold-pressed by means of granite millstones.
The resulting product is submitted to a gentle filtering which allows to preserve the full fragrancy of the freshly pressed olives. The extra virgin olive oil Goccia d'Ora has a very low acidity, a delicate fruity taste, and a golden colour with green reflections. It's a very good seasoning for every cooked or cold dish and for frying as well.
