The Luretta winery is situated close to the Castello di Momeliano and surrounded by the beautiful hills 'Colli Piacenti'. Luretta is cultivating four different patches of land, covering a total surface of about 57 hectares, located in the valley of the river Luretta and the valley of the river Nure. These locations rank among the most desired wine growing areas of the Colli Piacenti.
The different wines are produced according to the principles of bio-agriculture, under the supervision of the Italian Asscociation for Bio-Agriculture (A.I.A.B.) and the Institute of Ethical and Environmental Certification (I.C. E.A.). The first production of the winery can be traced back to 1993. Since then Luretta has been awarded important national and international prizes.
